Welcome to my website. My name is Jo Sipers, born in 1953 in Geleen, I am a self-taught artist.

Since my retirement, I have breathed new life into my passion for art and started painting. My work currently encompasses a wide range of subjects, including portraits, landscapes, and still lifes. What characterizes me as an artist is my broad interest in painting. I am inspired by the old masters as well as emerging artists. My style is still developing, and I am constantly searching for my own unique approach to painting. As a self-taught artist, I believe in experimenting with techniques and materials to bring my works to life. I see painting as my way of conveying emotions.
